Heather Cavanagh has joined Fleming & Roskelly Inc. as director of client services. She will lead the account management team, focusing on the agency’s ability to help clients set and achieve goals for their brands. Cavanagh previously worked as president of the South County Tourism Council. This new position was created to strengthen the agency’s offering to clients, including daily senior-level consulting that can be carried through to creative execution.
