Heather J. Kilmartin has been named an attorney for the Providence office of Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman LLP. She most recently served as clerk for Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice William P. Robinson III and then as lead clerk for Justice Paul A. Suttell. Kilmartin received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association. •
