Heather Silva has been appointed director of rehabilitation services at Cedar Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation. She is responsible for coordinating operations of the in-house rehabilitation team. Silva has had advanced training in neurological and orthopedic dysfunction, geriatric strength training, balance disorders and upper-extremity rehab. She has a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Utica College. •
