Heidi Brooks has been appointed as senior vice president and director of charitable giving at Citizens Financial Group Inc. Most recently, Brooks was the director of community relations at John Hancock Financial Services. She has a B.A. from the University of South Carolina Honors College, an M.A. from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. •
