Helix Technology Corp.

Helix Technology Corp. provides enabling vacuum system technology to a broad
range of electronomic component manufacturers, primarily for the production
of semiconductors, data storage and flat panel displays. For the nine months
ended Sept. 29, the company reported an increase in revenues of 83 percent to
$178.5 million and net income of $31.2 million, up from $9 million. The company
said increased revenues reflect an increase in demand for semiconductor capital
equipment. company’s board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend
of 12 cents per common share, payable on Nov.10 to stockholders of record at
the close of business on October 31.
