Howard L. Weldon has been named president of Winthrop Real Estate Solutions. He will be responsible for the development of creative mortgagefinancing solutions for owners, developers and commercial real estate investors. He has an M.A. from the University of Oklahoma’s National Commercial Lending Graduate School, where he received the designation of certified commercial lender. •
