Howard L. Weldon has been named president of Winthrop Real Estate Solutions LLC. He is responsible for the development of creative mortgage financing solutions for owners, developers and investors of commercial real estate. Previously, Weldon worked at Wel-Done Real Estate Financial Services Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s National Commercial Lending Graduate School. •
