Ian Barnacle has been named manager of the Barrington office at Residential Properties Ltd. Barnacle graduated from Hampshire College with a B.A. in English and photography. He holds the Green Realtor designation and is a historic-house specialist and member of Providence Preservation Society. Barnacle is also a member of the Barrington Preservation Society and is president of the Fox Point Neighborhood Association. •
