J. Donald Easton has been appointed to the National Institutes of Health advisory council. He will serve on the National Advisory Neurological Disorders and Stroke Council for a four-year term. Easton was recently co-chair of the Clinical Trials Committee, where he worked closely with the NIH. Easton also holds the position of neurologist-in-chief and department chair at Rhode Island Hospital and Brown Medical School.
