J. Stephen Boyce has joined Citizens
as vice president/compensation. He previously served as senior compensation consultant
for the Survey Group in Wakefield. Boyce received a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from Nichols College in Dudley, Mass. and a master’s in public
administration from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H. He is active
with the Institute of Industrial Engineers in Worcester, Mass. and resides in
Providence.
