Jackie Meneo has been appointed retail lending manager at Westerly Community Credit Union, and will now oversee all aspects of retail lending, including mortgage, home equity, consumer and loan servicing. She previously served as a business development officer/assistant treasurer at Chase Manhattan Bank before joining WCCU in 2009 as business-development and lending officer.
