Jacob Ullucci has been named assistant vice president and portfolio manager to support the small -business lending group at Bank Rhode Island. In this role, Ullucci will underwrite new loan requests; process loans guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and manage annual line renewals. Previously, Ullucci served as a commercial credit analyst for Citizens Bank as part of RBS Asset Finance. •
