James A. Bussiere has been named senior assistant vice president in the personal lines products division of Amica Mutual Insurance Co. in Lincoln. He began working for Amica in 1988 as an associate adjuster for Rhode Island claims. Bussiere was named an officer of the company in 2000. He is a graduate of Providence College. He lives in Cumberland.
