James Kivlehan

James Kivlehan has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer of retail delivery at Citizens Bank. He previously was senior vice president and chief financial officer of the New England region. Kivlehan is an accounting graduate of Babson College. He is now responsible for finance for all retail banking product lines, including mortgages, credit cards and debit cards and merchant services.
