James Slattery Jr. has been promoted to vice president at Citizens Bank. Slattery is a risk manager in the operational risk management department. His most recent role at Citizens was as an assistant vice president in the same department. Prior to working at Citizens, he was a project manager at DentaQuest Ventures.
