Jason P. Marino has joined Nixon Peabody in Providence as an associate and is a member of the firm’s labor and employment and business litigation practice groups. He joins the firm from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York. Marino concentrates his practice on litigation with focus on product liability law, class actions, contracts and trademark infringement matters. He is admitted to practice in New York and is seeking bar admittance in Rhode Island.
