Jason S. Wise has been named manager of geographic information system services at Wright-Pierce. He has extensive experience with both large and small municipalities in designing and managing municipal GIS systems for utility management and regulations compliance. Wise is an active member of regional GIS professional associations and co-founder of the New England ArcGIS Server User Group and Seacoast GIS. •
