Jeff Cournoyer has been named vice president, business operations at Cox Communications. Cournoyer will lead the finance team and oversee supply chain, real estate and loss-prevention operations in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Ohio. He joined the company in 2001. Cournoyer holds a B.S. in accountancy from Bryant College. •
