Jeffrey Ciulla has joined the Altus Dental Insurance Co. in Providence as sales and broker relations executive. He has more than a decade of experience, including serving as a strategic account executive at UnitedHealthcare of New England and account manager at Tufts Health Plan. In his new role, Ciulla is charged with managing Altus Dental’s broker relations program and developing client relationships.
