Jeffrey J. Frenette has been promoted to senior vice president of technology services at The Washington Trust Co., a subsidiary of Washington Trust Bancorp Inc. Frenette has been with the bank since joining as a part-time employee in 1987. After becoming the bank’s first PC specialist, Frenette continued to take on roles of increasing responsibility in information systems and telecommunications. •
