Jeffrey P. LeBlanc, director of PhoneBank Services, has been named senior vice
president of Citizens Bank. As director of PhoneBank Services, LeBlanc
is responsible for inbound customer service for all of Citizens Bank’s call
centers, and for the customer service group of Citizens Investment Services
Corporation. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University
of New Hampshire. LeBlanc lives in Coventry.
