Jeffrey P. Pagliuca has been appointed vice president of business and professional banking at Webster Bank. Most recently, Pagliuca served as vice president, commercial-relationship manager at Sovereign Bancorp in New Bedford. Pagliuca has a B.A. from Worcester State College and a J.D. from the Southern New England School of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts and American bar associations. •
