Jennifer Jaswell joined Providence-based CareLink as project manager for R.I.’s first Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (P.A.C.E.) site. She is responsible completing the federal application process. Jaswell most recently worked as acting director of the Smithfield Senior Center. She holds a certificate of gerontology from Rhode Island College. Jaswell is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
