Jerry L. Elkins, II has been promoted to manager at KPMG. He joined the firm in October of 1999 and is in the assurance practice in Providence. He specializes in electronics and consumer and industrial markets clients for KPMG. Elkins received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kansas State University.
