Jim Rattray, chief communications officer and director of marketing and public relation for Southcoast Health System, has been presented the Evan F. Houghton Memorial Award. The award is the highest honor given by the New England Society for Healthcare Communications and is only presented when a person of exemplary achievement is nominated. Under Rattray’s direction, Southcoast’s marketing and public relations team has received more than two dozen regional and national awards for excellence in a variety of areas. He lives in Westerly.
