Joan Segerson has been appointed philanthropy officer for VNA of Care New England. She brings to her role more than 18 years of fundraising experience, having worked at Cranston Arc, St. Mary’s Home for Children, Roger Williams Medical Center and the Providence Public Library. Segerson holds a B.S. in business administration from Bryant University and an MBA from Johnson & Wales University. •
