Joanna L’Heureux has been appointed finance director for the city of Pawtucket. She first worked for the city’s finance department for nearly four years as chief accountant until 2001. Since then, she has served as town auditor for Stoughton, Mass., and then as senior accountant at Parmelee, Poirier & Associates LLP. L’Heureux holds a B.S. in business administration from Bryant University. •
