Jody Bhagat has been named executive vice president and director of the customer direct department at Citizen’s Bank. Bhagat is responsible for sales and customer-service touch points including the PhoneBank, online banking and bill pay. He has a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
