Joel Cooper, partner with Benefits Unlimited in Cranston, has been appointed
to Secretary of State Matt Brown’s health care task force. The task force addresses
the issue of insurance rates that have been subject to double-digit increases
over the last couple of years. The force is a 30-member team comprised of business
and labor leaders, health care executives, physicians and nurses.
