John E. Bulman, attorney at Little Medeiros Kinder Bullman & Whitney PC in Providence, has been elected as a fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. He focuses his practice on construction law and service as a neutral arbitrator and mediator. Bulman has a bachelor’s degree from Hobart College in Geneva, N.Y., and a juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center.
