John J. Garrahy has been named a partner at Providence-based Moses &
Afonso Ltd. His practice focuses on corporate and public law. Garrahy is
a member of the Rhode Island State and Federal Court Bars. He also serves as
chairman of the board of the Family Outreach Center in Providence. Garrahy earned
a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and his law degree from Catholic
University of America’s School of Law in Washington, D.C.
