José V. Monteiro Jr. has joined The College Crusade of Rhode Island’s board of directors. Monteiro currently serves as relationship manager, commercial lending at Navigant Credit Union. He has previously held roles with Bank of America and Fleet Bank. Monteiro received a B.S. in industrial technology from Rhode Island College. •
