Joseph J. Borin has been named director of technical services department at The Angell Pension Group, Inc. He most recently held the position of manager of the technical services department. Borin has attained designations as a qualified pension administrator and qualified 401(k) administrator from the American Society of Pension Actuaries. A resident of Scituate, he earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.
