Joseph J. Cicione III has been elected to the board of directors of Homefront Health Care. Cicione currently serves as the president and CEO of Blackstone Valley Federal Credit Union. He will lead the board that advises the nonprofit on the care of the chronically ill. Cicione has a B.A. from Bryant University. •
