Joseph M. Confessore has joined The Washington Trust Company as vice president, commercial lending. He is responsible for developing new client relationships, as well as managing a commercial portfolio. Confessore earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and his master’s degree from Providence College. He lives in Richmond.
