Joseph Mattei has been promoted to vice president/trust relationship manager for employee benefits at Citizens Bank. He joined the bank in 2000 as assistant vice president in the same position. Mattei received a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Hartford. He lives in North Attleboro.
