Joseph Whelan has been named a partner of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP of Providence. He concentrates his practice in the areas of employment litigation and labor/commercial litigation. Whelan received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in New York and has an undergraduate degree from Providence College. He is a member of the Rhode Island, New York and American Bar Associations and is an adjunct professor of labor and employment law at Roger Williams School of Law.
