Josh Rosenthal has been named to the board of directors of Family Service of Rhode Island. Rosenthal is founder and chairman of iQuest Analytics Inc., a text-analytics software company. He is also the managing partner at Hanover Strategies, an organizational and human capital development consulting firm. He has a B.S. in psychology from American University and an Ed.D. in counseling from Boston University. •
