Joshua A. Berlinsky, associate of Tillinghast Licht in Providence, has been named partner. Prior to joining the firm, he was assistant general counsel for the Massachusetts Housing Partnership Fund. Berlinsky handles a range of commercial real estate issues, including acquisitions, development, zoning and permitting matters. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a graduate of Northwestern University Law School.
