Joshua Griffin has been promoted to production manager at SERVPRO of Metro Rhode Island. He will oversee the company’s 14 service crews. Griffin joined the company six months ago and worked as the moisture-monitoring manager. Previously, he owned Griffin Carpet Cleaning for seven years where he specialized in upholstery and water restoration and also managed the company’s detailed carpet cleaning department. •
