TRENTON, N.J.– Journal Register Co., which owns several daily and weekly newspapers in Rhode Island, reported net income was down for the second quarter.
Income for this year’s second quarter was $10.4 million, or 25 cents per diluted share, compared to pro forma results of $13.2 million, or 29 cents per diluted share, during the year-ago period.
