Judy Layne Snow has been promoted to senior vice president/treasury operations for Citizens Bank. She most recently held the position of vice president/treasury operations where she provided operational support for the banks’ investment portfolio and project leadership in bank acquisitions and investment system conversions. Snow is a member of the Saint Kevin School Board. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College and her master’s degree from Bryant College. Snow is a resident of Warwick.
