Judy Tucker, human resources manager of NewportFed, has been named vice president. She began her career with NewportFed as administrative assistant to the president, became personnel manager in 1992, and was promoted to assistant vice president in 1998. A native of Wales, she received her bachelor’s degree from Teesside Polytechnic. Tucker lives in Middletown with her husband, John.
