Julia Anne M. Slom has been named senior vice president, commercial lending for The Washington Trust Company. She is responsible for a large commercial portfolio, oversees the bank’s leasing program, and has been instrumental in a number of commercial lending initiatives. Recently, Slom has focused her lending efforts in the commercial real estate arena. She joined the bank in 1994 as assistant vice president, commercial lending.
