Julia B. Techentin has joined the business and corporate, mergers and acquisitions and energy and telecommunications groups at Adler Pollock & Sheehan. Prior to joining the firm, Techentin was a corporate associate at Dechert. Techentin has worked on a variety of general corporate matters, including corporate organization, governance and compliance. She has a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law. •
