Julie Libutti has been named human-resources manager at FM Global for the Johnston headquarters. She is responsible for information systems and investments divisions with organization-wide initiatives, including staffing, employee relations and professional development. She has a B.A. in political science from Villanova University and is a certified senior human resource management professional. •
