Julie White-Gooding has been promoted to dean of institutional advancement and college relations at the Community College of Rhode Island. Since 1999, she has served as director of institutional advancement at CCRI and executive director of the CCRI Foundation. White-Gooding has held various administrative positions at CCRI for over 24 years. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut. She is a graduate of the Chi class of Leadership RI, where she is a board member. White-Gooding and her family live in Westerly.
