Karen M. Kenney has been named chief operations officer at Liberty International Inc. She will be responsible for the operations and direction of Liberty International Inc. and its affiliates International Delivery Service Inc. and Logistics Express Worldwide Inc. Kenney has been with the company since 1985 and has held numerous positions in the customs brokerage, freightforwarding and logistics divisions. ̶ •
