Karriem K. Kanston has joined Coastway Credit Union as an assistant vice president and small business development officer. He focuses on small business lending up to $150,000. Kanston formerly worked at the R.I. Coalition for Minority Investment as a business development specialist. He has an associate’s degree in entrepreneurship, a bachelor’s in business management and a master’s in teacher education business.
