Katherine Nobile-Brunell has been promoted to vice president at Citizens Bank, where she is an external portfolio manager. Nobile-Brunell joined Citizens in 2007, working first as a senior financial analyst and then as an operations manager before taking her current position. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and has an MBA from Bryant University. •
